Full name, email address, phone number, billing address, donation amount, and payment details processed securely through Faysal Bank’s payment gateway.
DIL does not store credit or debit card details.
Use of Information:
Information is used to process donations, issue receipts, maintain financial records, and communicate updates.
Data Protection:
All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways. Appropriate security measures are in place to protect personal data.
Information Sharing:
DIL does not sell or trade donor information. Data may only be shared with authorized banking/payment partners or when required by law.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By using DIL’s website and making a donation, you agree to the following:
- All donations are voluntary and non-refundable
- Donations support DIL’s educational programs.
- Payments are processed securely through an authorized payment gateway.
- DIL does not store card details.
- Donation receipts are issued electronically.
- DIL holds valid tax exemption under Clause 2(36)(C) of the Income Tax Ordinance, as approved by FBR, Pakistan.
- DIL is not liable for technical or payment gateway interruptions beyond its control.
REFUND & CHARGEBACK POLICY
General Policy:
Donations are generally non-refundable as funds are allocated promptly to charitable programs.
Refund Requests:
Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate or erroneous transactions. Requests must be submitted within 7–14 days of the transaction date at: officepk@dil.org
Chargebacks:
DIL does not encourage chargebacks, as all donations are made voluntarily for charitable purposes.
