Further, our primary grade students are performing math functions and reading stories at levels far above their cohorts in the general population.
In one rural community where we have had a long-term presence, 60% of our all female alum enrolled in or completed high school, and some 20% have completed college and are currently employed. In this same community, 3 DIL graduates have set up small businesses.
DIL has a 4-star rating by Charity Navigator, and is ranked among the top 6% of charities in North America that have maintained that rating for four consecutive years. DIL takes great pride in its school and program monitoring system and has always maintained complete financial transparency.
